There are many reasons to return a product—and sometimes the new pillow just doesn't match the blanket.
Here's how returns work:
If you have received a damaged product, please send us a photo of the damage along with your return request to support@elamirror.de. This is the only way we can process your case quickly and thoroughly.

Germany:
We do not charge return shipping costs for returns within Germany.
Orders from abroad:
Unfortunately, returns from abroad cannot currently be processed through our returns portal and must be sent back at your own expense.
As soon as we receive the item, we will promptly refund the purchase price or, if you prefer, send you a different product.
