There can be various reasons for returning a product. And sometimes the new pillow and blanket just don't fit. Please consider before returning or ordering that every transport route causes additional CO2 emissions.

For return shipping from Germany we charge a pro rata fee of EUR 4. We will deduct this amount directly from the original payment method.

Order from abroad
Orders from abroad cannot currently be processed via the returns portal and must be returned at your own expense.

Once we have received the goods, we will immediately refund the purchase price or arrange for an exchange for another product if desired.
